Do I need my own AI key?
No. Every plan includes AI messages from us. If you prefer, add your own AI key and those answers do not count toward your plan.
What happens when I run out of messages?
On Free, Starter and Agency the bot stops answering with AI until the next month, and visitors can leave their email. On Pro it keeps answering within fair use.
Does it speak my language?
It answers each visitor in the language they write in. You can also write your own chat texts for every language your site has.
How do I pay for a plan?
From Chatbot Chk > Plans in WordPress, with Stripe. Your card goes only to Stripe. You can also try Pro free for 14 days, with no card.
